Bootcamp is a a full body workout that consists of a combination of cardio, strength toning, muscle sculpting, and stretching. Each class is different. You can expect to have a mix of Tabata training, HIIT, intense abdominal work, targeted exercises, and strength building. Each class is different and set to a motivational playlist.
